We have an Appointment Coordinator role available within our busy multi-disciplinary Gastroenterology department in Middlemore Hospital. This is a full-time, 12 months fixed term role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for working with patients and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for: Logging and loading referrals Procedure wait-list management Negotiating appointments with patients directly Meeting and greeting patients as they arrive in the department You will have the opportunity to be part of each step of our patient's journey.
