About the Role
As the Applications Lead/Owner, you will be responsible for management and enhancement of Core ERP business applications across specific domains including Supply Planning, Manufacturing and Finance.
Your responsibilities include:
IT Applications Management and Product Ownership
Manage the Support and Continuous Improvements of applications by prioritising support work and enhancements pipeline based on business value.
Manage the teams to deliver high quality outcomes for business.
Ensure performance and stability of applications to support business operations.
Implement high quality, extensible and reusable solutions in alignment with FPA design principles.
Optimise ways of working and team structures to maximise autonomy, transparency of work and performance.
High focus on removing impediments or patterns that slow teams down.
Stakeholder Integrations
Integrate the team with other IT platform teams and key business SMEs, and role model a high level of effective collaboration.
Influence cross-functional relationships between the team and other key areas within IT and business.
Collaborate and align key stakeholders' business strategy with the overall applications strategy to future-fit the applications capabilities and maximise value delivered.
Leadership and Management
Servant Leadership by prioritising growth of the direct team members and enabling them to develop towards personal goals.
Drive a culture where teams are collaborative, proactive and focused on delivering the best outcomes for FPA.
Provides regular feedback, performance and development conversations and nurtures a high performing team.
Provides regular reports and updates on progress and performance to key stakeholders.
Focus on developing team capability working closely with IT Performance team.
About You
We are seeking a seasoned Applications Lead (Owner) with experience managing technology applications in the relevant domains - Supply Planning, Manufacturing and Finance and general ERP experience. To excel in this role, you'll have:
7+ years' experience in delivery and support of IT apps and solutions.
Excellent business acumen, preferably in a global business and manufacturing/consumer goods industry.
Strong Management through influence.
Execution of highly integrated & complex technology changes.
Technical skills including ERP (Preferably Oracle JD Edwards), LEAN, DevOps, Agile Development Methodologies, ITSM.
