Your new role
As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the end to end processes of AP.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will exhibit the following skill-set:
Full end to end Accounts Payable experience including processing of invoices, payment, credit card and bank reconciliations
PO matching
Ensuring correct coding of transactions in line with principles
Assist with running monthly aged reporting, investigating, and resolving outstanding balances
Executing payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid by due dates
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Month end accruals
IRD and PAYE filing
Maintain key account relationships across the business
