Annata Supply Chain Consultant

HSO's specialist Annata team is expanding and we are looking for the best of the best to join our elite team of specialists.

The role is diverse, working closely with our customers. You will analyze their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement Annata solutions to optimize their business. You will understand and be able to articulate best practice, providing specialist support to our consulting teams and customers.
Responsibilities:Design and configure Annata solutions to meet client needsConduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testingTrain end-users on how to effectively use Annata solutionsProvide ongoing support to clients and resolve any issues or concernsStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in supply chain managementContribute to pre-sales activities by providing product demonstrations and expertiseInteract with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project deliveryRepresent HSO in a professional and positive manner at all times
