Business/Systems Analyst (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeWe are hugely excited about this newly created Analytics Lead role! This is a rare opportunity to join us at the start of a large technology transformation, where you will be the bridge between data and the wider business. Reporting directly to our Head of Data and Analytics, you'll help support them in executing our strategy, as well as designing and building reporting for all around the business. If you're someone who loves working in an environment where you can make your mark with limited red tape, thrive on a challenge, and can proactively identify ways to add value continually, we want to hear from you!What a day might look like...You'll get straight into it building solid relationships with our executive and senior leadership teams, understanding their focus and data needs.Spending time with our leaders, you'll be a natural at explaining complex data in a simplistic way.Working with the data engineers, you'll help design and maintain a robust and high-performing data structure within the Modern Data Platform in Microsoft Fabric.You'll lead all business reporting, representing the Data and Analytics team to the business, including building our reporting backlog, prioritizing, scoping, and delivering it.Leading a small team of 1, coaching and mentoring as you go while being involved in the day-to-day analytics side of things.What you will bring...Proven leadership experience is beneficial; however, we are open to hearing from individuals ready to step up into a lead role with experience coaching and mentoring juniors.Exceptional SQL and Power BI skills.
