Reporting to the Manager Loans Management Business, Specialised Business Services, this role assumes responsibility for the management of a portfolio of stressed loans and impaired asset files.Preparation of Credit / Funding submissions.Completion of interim, quarterly and annual reviews and associated reporting within approved timeframes.Demonstrate the ability to make appropriate credit recommendations.Analysis of financial accounts, budgets and forecasts.Review and setting of Risk Grade & Security Quality Indicator and Individually Assessed Provision requirements.In conjunction with Manager Loans Management Business (and Senior Manager Loans Management Business) select prescribed solutions, or design alternative solutions to reduce risk to the Bank.Na tau rourou | What will you bring?Able to build external relationships and develop mutually beneficial solutions for both the Bank and its customers.Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.Sensitive to differing styles and requirement to service a diverse customer pool.Well-developed organisation and communication skills.Ability to work within a high performing team in adverse and/or stressful situations, especially dealing with difficult customers.Financial analysis, assessment of debt servicing criteria, financial statements of position, business budgets and cash flow forecasts.Knowledge of the Bank's products and lending processes.
