About the Role: This opportunity is open to either an experienced fabricator who can help assist in the training and development of Learner Fabricators, or an inexperienced, but physically capable individual who is keen to learn new skills. A minimum of 37.5 hours a week & a competitive remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacture & assembly of aluminium joinery, aligning parts, and associated items for windows & doors.
Glazing of aluminium joinery – placing glass & wedging off.
Cutting aluminium and timber on saws, punching, drilling, measuring.
Cleaning Units after assembly & preparing for delivery.
Load and unload deliveries of windows and doors in perfect condition.
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Delivery of finished goods.
Cleaning Work area, machines, facilities, & vehicles as required.
About You: Physically fit and capable (role requires lifting of items in excess of 20kg).
Trustworthy & punctual.
A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
An energetic, "can do" & "hungry" attitude.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A friendly, professional manner.
An alignment with company values.
An ability to work independently and show initiative.
A positive sense of humour.
Experience with manufacturing machinery and tools is beneficial.
Car driver license essential.
