This is a great opportunity for a proven Agile Delivery Lead with experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, enterprise-level applications and software.Role: Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as vendors to deliver this project. You'll need to get up to speed quickly and prioritize deliverables. Working within a small, agile team, you'll meet regularly with business leaders to ensure programme alignment and provide updates on progress. Additionally, you'll manage the product backlog, prioritising needs accordingly, and participate in or lead Scrum ceremonies.Requirements for this contract engagement:Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for web and mobile application delivery teams.Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.Oversee the successful and timely delivery of multiple web and mobile application projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring their needs and expectations are addressed.Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on delivery timelines.Note: This role is NOT suitable for a pure Agile Coach/Scrum Master; it is intended for a professional with a proven background working as a seasoned contractor in the delivery management space.What's on Offer: Full-time role, competitive daily/hourly rate, ASAP (late November / early December), 6-month initial contract (extension possible), bi-monthly pay.Note: The company's offices are based in Auckland CBD.
