This role requires strong data entry skills, and the ability to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The ability to stay calm under pressure and be professional and welcoming in your presentation and manner is essential to this role.Previous customer service and administration experience is preferable, however if you believe you have the ability, we would be interested in hearing from you.
