Office and Administrative Support Worker About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Reporting Administrator to join our Portfolio Reporting team working in our Head Office, Tauranga. This is a full-time fixed-term position for 18 months. As the team work to a daily timetable, the standard hours of this role are 6.45am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Portfolio Reporting team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) providing key reporting services to our premier clients and to CIP's management. This role encompasses the management of the database(s) that support the regular and ad-hoc reporting to our premier clients and to management. You will be responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of the data feeds to our portfolio reporting system(s) and maintaining reliable and accurate databases.
About you
We are looking for someone who has experience in successfully managing a database with a high degree of accuracy in numerical data and client information. This role works to strict timeframes daily so the ability to prioritise workload effectively is critical, and an interest in financial markets is preferred.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal). We are looking for someone who is technically savvy with an affinity for picking up new systems and processes quickly. Experience with the product suite including Dynamics (CRM) would be advantageous.
