Timberlands is a leading Forest Management Company with particular expertise in forest management and operations on a significant scale. Based in Rotorua, Timberlands manage 190,000ha of pine plantations in the Central North Island on behalf of Kaingaroa Timberlands and other clients. We are looking for a passionate Administrator to join the Timberlands team, working closely with our operations team to support our frontline leadership metrics. This role will also administer our knowledge documents repository and improve Timberlands' knowledge management system and process.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with operational managers to help develop fit-for-purpose forms and processes required to record their frontline routines.
Ensure quality control of all forms and processes.
Maintain the relevant pages on SharePoint (our intranet).
Make changes and maintain the frontline leadership dashboard.
Provide administrative support with organizing training.
Where required, coordinate and schedule workshops to review tasks, routines, and reports.
Administration of the Knowledge Documents Repository.
Maintain Knowledge Document templates and review Knowledge Documents for readability, grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
Maintain the insights register.
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will be approachable and adaptable, demonstrating your capability to support others with their frontline health and safety routines. You will have excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and be keen to work collaboratively alongside others. You will have administration experience, with basic PowerBI and SharePoint skills preferred. Your ability to understand business processes and attention to detail will be highly valued in this role. If you have experience in primary industries or OHS, this will be highly beneficial.
