In this role, you will play a crucial part inensuring that the takiwa Ako team is supported with anyadministrative tasks related to programme delivery.
Some key responsibiltiesare (but not limited to):Minute TakingAssist with Programme DeliverySchedules, Lesson Plans and support monitoring of Attendance and resulting requirementsAssist with completion of travel/kairequestsProvide assistance for MonitorsVisits/Komiti Awhina – contacting stakeholders, collation of information forreporting purposes, filingScheduling appointments – bothonsite and online (via Zoom and Teams platforms)Provide support to kaiako withadministrative tasks and programme resourcingMou(About you)You will be someone who has proven experience in providingadministrative and support services, is proficient using Microsoft OfficeSuite, and great written and oral communication skills in both Englishand Maori.
Ideally you will have a certificate in Business Administration or arelated field, and a NZ Full Licence.As a kaupapa Maoriorganisation, your willingness to support and participate in culturalactivities both onsite and within the takiwa is preferred.
Being willing to also develop and grow your understandingof Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.Tonoa i tenei ra!
