Due to internal movement, we have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us here at Lollipops Waiwhetu. Working 30 hours over 5 days, Monday – Friday, you will join a passionate team of educators, making a difference in the lives of tamariki every day!
ECE in Aotearoa is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Evolve, you help to keep everything in order and ensure our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for Tamariki.

Typical areas of focus for your day-to-day would include:
Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
General admin support to the Centre Manager.
Ensuring that every child's attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
Following processes and maintaining the filing system.
Banking/invoicing may be included.
