Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Independent and dedicated work ethic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
