Their head office is located in Christchurch, and the company offers staff great career growth and the opportunity for ongoing development.The RoleThe role will include but not be restricted to:Debtor account reconciliations, statements, follow-ups, and any dispute resolution.Attend to client enquiries via email and telephone, in a timely and respectful manner.Receipting and allocation of payments and following up on overdue accounts.Reconciling bank and customer statements.Manage the credit application process and associated tasks.Assist with regular reporting requirements with the production of weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.Assist with month-end as required.Ad hoc project work as and when required.Your Profile3+ years' experience working in a large corporation doing reconciliation with experience in high-volume.Good exposure to AR and other month-end processes.Must have a valid work visa.
