About this team:

The role is within the Global Finance Services Operations to ensure smooth running of the receivables function producing internal and external reports and assistance with collection of debt.

Your typical day will include:

• Ownership of Cash Applications
• Review of Unapplied Cash, Duplicate, Overpayments and Cancelled invoices
• Processing of client refunds
• Internal process control/accuracy
• Assisting the wider finance team in closing month end accounts

Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable within a Professional Services environment preferable
• Proficient Microsoft Office and SAP skills. Understanding of Accounting concepts and transactions.
• Precise, accurate and strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach to issue resolution, can-do attitude and ability to take full ownership of the process
• Exhibit good communication skills and build strong relationships with stakeholders
