Accounts Payable Representative

Auckland Transport Finance Team is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative with a flair for getting vendors paid and sorting out problems.
If you need a new challenge and are experienced in accounts payable and administration in a finance environment, this could be just what you have been waiting for.
About the Role
The key purpose of this role will be to report to the Team Leader Accounts Payable and to communicate with the business and customers in an effort to assist our vendors getting paid on time.
The successful person will have used SAP, and experience with Excel, Outlook and Word is preferable but not essential. Your experience working in a complex environment in a similar role makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
We need someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to put new ideas on the table which will add value to the team and our organisation. A good sense of humour will be an advantage.
