Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.Accounts Payable AssistantReports to: Accounts Payable ManagerPosition Location: AlbanyHow will you make an impact?Work with the Accounts Payable Processing team to process purchase orders and non-inventory invoices, credit and debit adjustments, reconciling creditors statements, clearing of creditors unconfirmed as well as deal with queries on payables invoices.What will you do?Responsible for accurate and timely input of information which is essential to the company’s payment processes (vendor invoices and T&E) and to the monthly reporting of results to the Corporation.Ensuring that all payment transactions are appropriately authorized and approved.
