Accounts Payable Administrator

Accounts Payable Administrator Whangarei Girls' High School location Northland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the staff at Whangarei Girls' High School, a vibrant school with a roll of 1500 students and an attached Hostel.
You will be working alongside a dedicated and supportive team and reporting to our Business and Finance Manager.
37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday Term time only.
Start date to be negotiated.
The role we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator.
This position is responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities Process invoices and expense claims in accordance with school policies.
Data entry and maintenance of financial records.
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate supplier information and records.
Complete month-end financial reporting.
Support the team with various administrative tasks.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Skills and Experience Proven experience in accounts payable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with Xero and Kamar would be advantageous.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A police vet is required.
