About the Company: An organisation offering a relaxed culture with structured support. This team is in the middle of a major transformation in finance, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting project rollout. About the Role: This temporary position focuses on high-volume accounts payable processing, requiring someone methodical with a sharp eye for detail. The role will involve working with the finance team, handling POs, invoices, and broader finance tasks such as bank reconciliations and some month-end tasks. You will work with D365 and assist in streamlining AP processes while also supporting the team on general finance activities. Flexibility and on-the-job training will be provided, but prior experience is essential. About You: You're an experienced accounts assistant with a specialist knowledge of AP who can pick up processes quickly and execute them efficiently. You have a strong understanding of Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), are comfortable processing high volumes of invoices, and know when and what to query. Experience with Dynamics365 would be highly advantageous. If you're methodical, communicative, and can manage competing tasks in a busy environment, this role is for you. Apply Now!
