The opportunity
We are seeking a talented Account Manager based in Auckland to join our global sales team. This exciting role will be responsible for promoting and selling our iconic wine brands. You will join a great team at Delegat where you will be set up for success.
About you
• Reporting to the Northern Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and distribution in Grocery, Retail and On-Premise channels.
• By adopting a ‘business owner’ mindset for your territory you will seek to uncover sales opportunities and maximise the potential from all channels.
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality customer relationships, facilitating sustainable account growth.
• You will be a highly organised, motivated and adaptive individual, thriving in an autonomous environment free from office routine and in a high performing culture delivering high-quality outcomes.
• You will have demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• ‘Aim High’, being an ambitious, dynamic high performer and analytically minded.
• You will be able to leverage your genuine authentic personality to build enduring customer relationships.
• You will have the ability to demonstrate working remotely, adopting a business owner mindset.
• You will be competent in using Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail.
• 2+ years sales experience in an autonomous role, preferably within FMCG and a full, clean New Zealand Drivers Licence.

• Influence and educate customers on key features and benefits in all sales channels.
• Attract and retain customers within your territory.
• The Auckland North territory reaches from Auckland central up to Kaitaia. The majority of the time will be spent on the road visiting customers around Auckland and some overnight stays further North.
