You'll be the face of our company, the one giving solutions to customer problems. We want someone who can say: "yeah, no problem, I've got you". So, what would you be doing? Promoting, selling, and securing orders for our amazing hospitality product range and services. If you're the kind of person who always knows somebody, no matter where you go, that's your network. This is your chance to use it. You thrive working on your own, but knowing you are part of a much bigger team, that can support you. You take the phone, the car keys, and the laptop, and make things happen. Take that amazing customer experience and kick it up a notch. We want the kind of person that customers will say "woah, thanks for your help. Look forward to seeing you again". Using our CRM platform to keep track of customer interactions and sales and working to a call cycle. Be obsessed with the latest trends in hospitality and share those fresh and funky ideas with our customers. Keeping an eye out for ways that we can do things better as a company. No, seriously. We really mean that. What are we looking for from you? 1-2 years' experience in a sales position. Basically, we want you to know the industry inside and out. Connections in hospitality go a long way! Microsoft Office skills (think Word, Excel, and Outlook).  You know the sales process like the back of your hand. A sales funnel is your best friend! You're super comfortable with speaking and writing English. You're as great with people as you are with managing your time. You have plenty of experience using a CRM/ERP or a willingness to learn. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who's ready to rock the Waikato. Experience is one thing, but we need the right attitude. If you've got the sales-ability module installed and working, we want to talk about helping you make your mark. So, okay, that's what you have to offer. But what about us? Glad you asked!
