Our brokers provide the clarity and confidence you need to make insurance decisions.About The RoleThe Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as strengthening existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners.Some Of Your Responsibilities Will IncludeIdentifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new businessProviding professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholdersPreparing proposals for new business opportunitiesCoordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculationsThis portfolio will cover most of our agri/rural clients and can be based in Ashburton or Timaru.Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessYou'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone, or through written correspondence. Ideally, you will come from a similar background from within the industry.A Few Key Skills We Look ForProven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualificationOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
