This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy people connector who has a successful track record in delivering exceptional client service, growing revenue and supporting local businesses.
What you'll do:
Creating a competitive advantage through leveraging MediaWorks assets to deliver strong client solutions.
Building strong trusted relationships with your clients by working collaboratively and converting opportunities into win/win outcomes to grow share.
Achieve targets & KPIs.
Ensure an in-depth understanding of the strategy, budgets, opportunities and challenges of all clients.
Provide accurate weekly forecasting for your portfolio of clients.
What you'll bring:
You are a self-starter, who will be hungry for sales and loves the challenge of gaining new accounts as well as maintaining our existing stakeholders.
Media experience is a bonus but not essential.
5+ years experience in Account Management and Sales.
Managing a broad portfolio of clients in either Media or another fast-paced industry.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Strong relationship builder with the ability to nurture trusted long-term relationships.
An understanding of the sales process, excellent time management and organisation skills.
Driven to succeed by finding new opportunities and delivering excellence.
Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines under pressure.
Enjoy being part of a team and collaborating with others to all succeed, learn and grow.
