Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization Officer
Job Type: Full-Time New Zealand hours
Pay: $1,200-$1,500 monthly
Position Overview:
As the Conversion Rate Optimization Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon and Shopify pages to enhance user experience and maximize conversions. You will use data-driven strategies to design effective landing pages, product listings, and promotional content. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring all pages are fully optimized for conversion.
Conduct thorough A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional materials to identify effective design and content strategies.
Analyze user behavior data and website analytics to understand customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling copy and visuals that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic to Amazon and Shopify pages.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and conversion optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to implement changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, particularly in e-commerce environments (Amazon and Shopify experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and e-commerce marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
