2Ic Power Tools - Ferrymead

Our busy power tools department is needing a 2IC to help lead the team and grow sales. This department includes power tools, power tools accessories, hand tools, automotive, and more. If you have general knowledge in this area and are looking for a new challenge, please apply.This is a Tuesday to Saturday role, 40 hours a week. Hours will be between 7am - 7pm.The ideal person will:Have knowledge or an interest in power tools, power tools accessories, hand tools, and automotive.Be a team player.Be reliable and show resilience.Be able to problem solve and think on their feet.Help lead and motivate a small team, stepping up when needed.Always be looking for a challenge.Show flexibility and be adaptable.Have previous retail/sales experience or hands-on product use as an advantage, as well as leadership skills.Mitre 10 Mega Ferrymead is a busy store where we strive to deliver exceptional customer service to all our valued customers.
