Property Manager

At Occupy Property Management, we are committed to providing outstanding service to our clients, and are looking for a superstar Property Manager to take care of a growing portfolio.We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well-presented applicant. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, time management, and fostering professional relationships is key. It is essential that you can multitask and problem solve, with great communication skills.Whilst industry training and support will be provided, you will need a solid work history, as well as strong customer service and computer skills on which to build on.Key skills and attributes include:Prior Property Management experience (preferred but not essential)Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracyA current, clean driver's licenceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levelsThe ability to multitask and cope well under pressureMaturity, personal integrity, sound judgementAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyExcellent communication skills, written and verbalComputer skills; preferably Property Management software experienceSelf-motivation and the ability to take initiativeWhilst prior experience in Property Management is preferred, we will consider those with transferable skills and experience.
